When I’m not traveling, I’m cooking. Even when I travel I cook.
Here are some of my favorite recipes. They’re all either from my mind, inspired by other far better chefs (for I am not a chef), or passed down to me from friends and family.
My culinary focus is mostly on Cajun and Southwestern flavors so get ready for some spice!
That being said, there’s also recipes from Asia, South America, Spain, France, Italy, and just about everywhere good food can be found. I’m not picky, but I do prefer some kick.
