I really enjoyed the White Rim Overlook and it’s short 1.8 mile roundtrip hike. It instilled within me the desire to be down on the White Rim Road, which I would eventually do. The trail lets you explore and meander and get right up to the edge, if you’re brave enough. You can see in just about every direction. Monument Basin, the La Sals, the Abajo Mountains, endless canyons and buttes, and all the wonderful Colorado Plateau you can handle are all around you.
